I’m Casey Lewis, a Certified Neonatal Therapist™, NICU Speech-Language Pathologist, and proud NICU mom. I created Casey for Babies® because I know firsthand how isolating, overwhelming, and high-stakes NICU care can feel, both as a clinician and as a parent. For years, I watched incredible therapists and nurses get sidelined, pressured to rush babies through feeding milestones, and left without the mentorship or support they deserved.
I’m on a mission to change that.
With over a decade of experience in neonatal care, I blend clinical expertise with real-life advocacy, mentorship, and a relentless drive to challenge the status quo. My approach is rooted in evidence-based practice, as well as deep compassion and honesty. I say what others won’t, and I fight for what’s right, even when it’s hard.
